She has led several advancements in companion animal genetics, especially with her work with Wisdom Health, a company under Mars. While she is currently focused on scientific communications at Royal Canin, even in her personal time, her fascination with breed genetics can be seen in her COVID puppy, a Welsh Springer Spaniel, Nori.
