About the Guest: Marie Holowaychuk, DVM, DACVECC, CYT grew up with veterinarian parents and went on to pursue a similar career. In vet school, Marie discovered an interest in specializing in vet med. Marie is board-certified in emergency and critical care.  In 2008, she joined as faculty at the University of Guelph. When workaholic behaviors started to impact her health, Marie had to discover how to be healthy and contribute to a profession she loves. Marie is a writer, speaker, and coach, advocating for mental health and well-being in vet med.
