This also marks Top Chef's 300th episode. They'll talk about the legacy of Top Chef and what it means to be on this show. They'll also discuss the news of Padma Lakshmi leaving the show after 17 years and 19 seasons as host and executive producer. They'll ask what a Padma-less Top Chef looks like and who's on their shortlist to be the next host.
