Background Information: This book is written with the Toltec philosophy in mind. The Toltec people were known throughout southern Mexico as the “women and men of knowledge.” They were “scientists and artists who formed a society to explore and conserve the spiritual knowledge and practices of the ancient ones” (xiii). In this book, we will learn a new way of life – ready for true happiness and love.
I will be sharing the insight within the first part of the book by breaking down the ideas that he presents and sharing the first two agreements: Be impeccable with your words and Don’t Take Anything Personally. After listening, you will have a better understanding of why we evolved to who we are today and what we can do to change our lives for the better.
