Jelani or as I call him Jay, is the founder of the Jayfoundation which is an amazing foundation created to help lift up communities that have been overlooked for far too long. He is not only helping a lot of youth create futures and learn that there's more to life than the constant struggle. Aside from that, he has had quite a traumatic life and has emerged from the ashes rising above his past to create a new and bright future.
