Mark Twain had a lot of feuds. Andrew talks about some of them. His main feud though was with the United States Postal Service. If it was up to him (and Andrew & Kate agree) the postal service would be done away with. They also come up with a marking system on envelopes so you know exactly what kind of letter you are getting. "ooooh I just got some Snark Mark mail today"! His dislike for the postal service runs deep and they talk about quite a few examples.
