Ladies and gentlemen, welcome back to another episode of Couple of Nukes. As always, I'm your host, Mr. Whiskey, and wouldn't life be so much easier if there was just what you would call, in video game terms, a cheat code to life, or in this case, a Foxtrot India x ray. That's military phonetics for a fix code. That's what we're going to be talking about today. A way for Y'all to improve your lives using an established method that works and we are here with someone who is in charge of that, who is, you know, a person who definitely encourages this and has helped so many people through this fix code. So we're going to get into what does that mean? What does that stand for? How do we implement that? And who should use it most importantly? So, Stacey and I, we're here with you. It's such a great time to have you here and hopefully you can help fix a lot of lives with the Fixed Code. But let's start with you and who you are before we even get into how you came across the code.Oh, thank you very much. That was a very beautiful opening. Um, so how I kind of got into all of this, well, let me, let me start with basically where I come from. So, um, I was born into an excellent, excellent, born into excellence. Both my parents, uh, were part of the Olympic game, Olympic games, uh, in the 60s actually, all the way into the 2000s.But, um, and I, yeah, I kind of, I'm an Olympic kid. I grew up with, with Olympic Games, Pan American Games, Commonwealth Games as my summer camp. That's what I would do every summer. We would pack up and we would go to wherever the Olympics were, whether that was, you know, or, or the Pan Am Games or the Commonwealth Games. And both my parents were in service to amateur sport their entire lives. And I followed suit. I fell in love with sport. I was a high performance athlete myself in gymnastics. My mom, um, and my coaches owned my gymnastics club in Montreal, which was It's a dream place for a kid to grow up and, um, as it kind of became in my teenage years, it was, you know, what do I, where am I going? What do I want to do? You know, thinking about university or college and, you know, what do I want to do as a grown up? And I just turned to my dad one day and I said, I want to do what you do. I love. What you do, and he was like, Oh, there's not a lot of money in what I do. Like, you know, most of what we do is volunteer. And I'm like, no, I can make a living at this. I know I can't. I, I, this is what I want to do. So I actually did. And I spent 20 years with the Olympic games going all over the world, uh, in operations. And so I kind of got that Rubik's cube mind of being able to solve big, big problems and in the most simplest way. And, um, I really thrived my, it was, the Olympic Games design was created for my mind. I absolutely loved every day of my job and, uh, I never felt like I worked a day in my life back then. And then, uh, in my thirties, uh, there was this one particular night that just rocked and, like, I lost everything. There was an accident and, um, all my dreams, everything I was dreaming of building, everything with, uh, at the time my husband of eleven years. And it just all kind of fell apart. Not that I knew it in the moment, but it, it, And it took years to kind of hit and impact and, and the loss was just like, and again and again and again, like, I couldn't rebuild anything. I couldn't get my footing. I found myself scared for the first time in my life. Um, I was, I, the wind hurt my feelings. It was like, oh my gosh, I was so sensitive and because I had come from a world of, Kind of mental toughness and that grit, you know, like I, I've got grit and, and yet this particular incident rocks my world to the point where I just couldn't get my balance. The wobble was so big and the loss and the And the, the fear of just going outside, um, and, and being a mom and like of a, of a newborn and just all the steps it took to just get out of bed every day and to not, to not feel the physical pain and to not feel the emotional loss and, and, and grief and all of this every single day.And it just was like a tsunami of emotions that I had never ever experienced or wasn't tough enough at the time, you know, thinking, toughen up cupcake, like, let's go, you know, and I just couldn't and Not knowing what was happening to me. Of course, I told nobody. I didn't say a word to anybody. I moved so that anybody that did know what happened now doesn't know.So I'm just, you know, fresh start and um, and then the loss kind of kept continuing and about when my son was five or six, I ended up, my marriage at that point then finally fell apart and um, I, within 45 days of that event, I met this gentleman who was doing, my girlfriend said this woohoo kind of stuff, she's like, but I made you an appointment, and I was just like, okay, like, whatever. And I remember saying to myself, if this guy makes me drink toad pee and it works, I guess I'm drinking Toby because I need something to work because I'm not okay. And I never once thought about going to the doctors or I just never, it never crossed my mind. I was really just like inwardly battling my way through all of this, everything from getting in the car to going to groceries, to talking to people.Like all of that was now just way too big for me. I was very isolated going from an outgoing nonstop go go action girl, you know, traveling the world without any fear at all, to taking days to have the courage to go to the grocery store. Like it was that kind of difference. My life totally was different.I was different and I so desperately wanted myself back. And, um, so anyways, uh, my girlfriend made me this appointment with this guy who does this woo woo stuff and I walked into this appointment. I did on this Friday morning and the craziest thing happened when I saw this gentleman. The first words I said to him was, Oh my gosh, you're real. And he was like, yeah. And he did the same to me though. Like he knew my energy signature. I knew him. I'd never met him before, but it was like I had known him forever. And I quickly started to cry because that was my natural state was weeping. And he was like, hang on, just, just hang on, just sit down for a minute and, and just So I sat down and he said to me, um, can you think of anything in your past that when you think about it makes you feel sad right now?And I'm like, like everything. And he said, okay, just close your eyes and follow my instructions. I'm like, okay. And I did. I closed my eyes and I followed his instructions and within five minutes I opened my eyes and I couldn't believe what I didn't feel. I couldn't feel sad for a million dollars. I could see why I was sad.I could see all the memories that were sad, but I no longer could feel sad. And the next thing I said changed my life forever. And I looked at him and I said, I'm gonna figure out what you just did and I'm gonna teach the world how to do that. And he said, I don't know about that. And I said, watch me. I'm gonna do this. And I felt all the life come back to me. And that was 15 years ago and I've kept my promise. I, I asked him to show me, like to do this technique with me and heal me and help me get out of this mental crisis and trauma that I was in and mental chaos that I couldn't handle. I couldn't, no matter how strong I was, it didn't matter because these things, you can't crush sadness. You can't crush hurt. You can't crush, you know, with that kind of grit. Some people can, most people can't, and most people are struggling with it in silence, and that's what I was doing. And I'm here to say you don't have to anymore, because when Daniel, who is the creator and founder of the six code, Um, when he worked with me, And showed me how this was, this graceful, elegant technique could help my emotional state. And I could get my mind back, I could get my heart back, I could get my balance back. That, that this was something that was so powerful and that so many people needed. At the time, I only knew I needed it. Like, I didn't know the world of mental health because I hadn't stepped into it. All I knew was that I wasn't okay.I didn't even know the word trauma. I didn't know the word post traumatic stress. I was absolutely in post traumatic stress, like without question, and I was reliving it over and over and over. But 15 years ago, we didn't really have those words in, in like normal day. Anxiety, the word anxiety didn't really exist either, like These were all new words that were popping up, and yet the world was kind of in the same spot I was. Some were, some were worse, and some were not as bad. This whole mental crisis was happening to me, and when I found the Fixed Code, And became business partners with Daniel and I said to him, heal me, help me. And if this works, I will share this with the world. I promise you, I will share this with the world. And he was like, okay. And the next thing I knew, I just started to get, feel better and better and better. I. You know, I would, I, the first one he did with me was sad and then the next one was betrayed. Damn, was I betrayed? Like I felt betrayed from, from life, from all, like it was huge. Right. So when you feel betrayed, you stop trusting people, you stop trusting yourself, you don't believe in anything anymore. And within five minutes, I didn't feel any of those things anymore. It was like, okay, and I could feel myself starting to come back to being me again. Without all this weighted, horrible stuff going on all the time in my head. And, of course, the physical body, because eventually it kicks into the physical body and you start to feel the dis ease within the body. So, for about a year and a half, he kept doing this with me and I studied it inside and out and kind of owned it, in a way. But wasn't really, and also in this year and a half, I put him probably in front of a thousand people. Like, I would, I kept saying to myself, he was working for me. But, like, maybe it's just placebo.Like, I want to get better, or whatever. And every single person I called, which, who I had known, like, all over the world, throughout my career. So I was putting him in front of some pretty high rollers. And who were going to tell me the truth, because they cared about me, right? Like, they didn't care about him, they cared about me, because I was, I was in this with him.And I was getting these emails back saying Stacey, this is real. This works. Like, I feel different. I no longer feel that way. And everything about my life is changing because of that one feeling or two feelings that he did with me. Or that fear. I don't feel it at all anymore. I'm like, right, it's working.Like, it's real, right? It's not just me. And um, and then after that I said to him, okay, now you gotta teach me. If you could teach me how to do this, because I know nothing about this entire world. I At the time that I met him, I owned a gymnastics club for little kids. , like I was so not in this world, and I said to him, if you can teach me how to do this, you can teach anybody in the world how to do this.Anybody can learn this if I can. Right? So he's like, all right, let's try it. I'm like, okay. So he taught me, and then I said to a girlfriend, I think I'm gonna try this. Like, I think I'm gonna try and do a Daniel dead. And she's like, do it, you'll be really good at it. I'm like, do you think so? She's like, I think so.She's like, Stacey, your heart is like so big and you absolutely love helping people. And I'm like, okay, let's just try this. And she put a couple people in the room. She put about ten people in her living room that night. And invited me over and I just did it. And I was fumbling and I was like, I knew what I was doing, but I didn't know what I was doing. And every single one of them said, Holy smoke, Stacey. Like, this is incredible. I'm like, right? This works, right? And they all, to this day, we're all still friends, but they, they will always remember that one, that first night because it was the beginning of a deep healing and the mental strength, like all of that mental crisis just disappears.Like, you don't feel sad anymore, you don't feel hurt anymore, you don't feel betrayed anymore, you don't feel disappointed anymore, you don't feel neglected anymore. All of those horrible feelings with this technique completely disappear. You remember, you remember it, like you remember why or who did it or whatever. But there's no emotional charge to it. You don't care and how empowering and how freeing. So after that, I had a business for about two years of just working with clients and it took off, like it absolutely took off. Now I can, now I've proven it works for me and with, with thousands of people, you can learn how to do it and you can make a living at it.You gotta be kidding me. Okay. So I was like, this is good. Now I'm about four, four years into all of this journey now. And then a, a friend of mine who is now one of my dearest and closest friends, this was 15 years ago, um, or 13 years ago now, I guess. She said to me, she was a client and she said, Faith, you gotta teach me how to do this.I'm like, I think it's time. I think we gotta do this. I mean, I shot my mouth off all those years ago when I first met him that I was gonna figure it out and teach people how to do this. And she goes, you gotta teach me. And she's a healer herself, so she was like, I really wanna learn that. And I said, okay, let's do this. And I said, funny enough, Daniel's actually on his way here now, because you were my last client. Um, do you want to meet him? And she's like, yeah! So, they met, and I said, why don't you ask him? And she said, so when he walked in the door, I don't even think they said hello. All she said was, you gotta teach me how to do this. And he said, okay, let's do it. And I put out an email the next day to my client base. And I just said, Daniel's decided to teach this. Um, if anybody's interested, it's going to be a, you know, two and a half day training at the, at the resort. Um, if anybody's interested, you know, it's this amount of, it's this month. And I said, there's 25 spots never in my wildest dreams that I think I get five people, let alone it's sold out in a day. It was totally sold out in a day. So that was our first attempt of teaching people how to do this. They're all still doing it. It's, it's incredible. And. At the end of the, the live trainings, I promised everybody that I would back up this live training with an online training.I didn't know what that meant at the time. I just thought it was more of like an add on to saying thank you to them. And now it's actually an online training for the world to be able to click in, learn how to do this, heal yourself, heal your friends, start a business, add it to your business, um, and help as many people as you can with, a business.Trauma with horrible feelings, fears, anxiety, depression, all of it. It works every single time and it blows my mind every single time. Yeah. So that's me in a nutshell. Right. Right. So I want to go back and clarify, did you compete in the Olympics at any point or you just worked for the Olympics? I just worked. So I was a high performance athlete in gymnastics. Right. That left the, left, left gymnastics, um, in 82. So two years before the Olympic Games that I was supposed to be in, which was 84. Um, but the sport was getting a little, oh, the sport was getting a little bit bananas. Um, yeah, they, they, they started to make some big changes.Okay. And my instincts were like, get out. This is, this is getting really And I kind of felt like I had more things to do. So, um, but I dedicated at that point in my life and, and I, I ended up coaching. So I re I retired kind of on the Tuesday and by the next Monday I was back in and I was coaching the pre competitive little girls and, and I was right back at the gym.So I basically took the weekend off and I coached until I was 18. Yeah. But my Olympic, I, I, my first games was the Commonwealth games. Um, as a worker when I was 16, because I, I went to my dad at 16 and said, I want to do this. And he said, well, pack your bags, let's go to the Commonwealth Games in Scotland. And I did, and I absolutely fell in love with it. And then I just did my summer holidays. Instead of being a, my dad's daughter and just, you know, being a holiday, I actually worked. And I, I worked every summer, um, until 88 Olympic games in Seoul, and then, um, and just kept going. So by the time I was 20, I had done, uh, two Olympic games, a Pan Ams, and a Commonwealth, uh, by the time I was 20.Okay. So, life was fun. Yeah, yeah, I, I just wanted to clarify, because I know you talked about being a high performance athlete. So then I was wondering, bronze, silver, gold, you know, when did you compete, where did you compete? Um, but yeah, so, you, you kind of shared. Most of your journey there, what I want to get into is, you know, kind of focusing in on the Fixed Code specifically, you describe it, you described it just there, kind of as this, there's this ominous, mysterious five minutes that you mentioned where before you were feeling, you know, XYZ and then afterward you were feeling ABC.So now you got us all thinking What happened during that five minutes? What is it, , maybe initially you were thinking what happened during those five minutes? The first time it happened, it, it, you know what it feels like. It feels like a guided meditation. It is the most peaceful five minutes you will ever experience. And then you get to do it again with another horrible feeling. So this is how we started off. This is called the magic question, and we called it this because. I said to Daniel one day when I was figuring out how to learn this because he does everything intuitively and I'm like, yeah, I can't just do that.Like, I can't, I can't, I don't know what you're doing. Like, I need, I need words to be able to get to the result that you're getting to. And so I said, make up a magic question for me so that I can get the answer that you get with, with somebody. So here's the magic question. Biggest problem you have in your life right now when you think about it.And you don't need to tell me what it is, but when you think about it, how does it make you feel? If you could put it in one or two words, what would it be? And whatever that word is, and it kind of like floats up, right? Like it's like right there, it's fresh. Whatever that feeling is, right? Whatever that feeling is, we can disconnect it.So that you no longer feel that feeling ever again. It just disappears, and there's an entire quantum science behind it, and that's kind of the course, and we get into all of those things. But the idea is, is that when a feeling starts, like something's triggered, right? We call them triggers. There's an outside source that brings up a feeling, right?Like there's a memory, and then with that memory, there's a feeling. With that feeling, what happens is that now it attacks the physical body. You can feel it. Then it moves up into the thinking brain, and now we're thinking about all the stories, all the events in our lives that make us feel that way. It's crazy making. So what happens with the Fixed Code is, is that the string, if we look at, call it like a, a, a pearl necklace, the string is the feeling, that horrible feeling, okay? The pearls are all the stories in your life that make you feel that way. When my brother did this, and my mom said that, and this happened when I was two, and it's all, all the stories in your life that make you feel that way, okay? But what happens is, is that when the outside trigger brings up that one pearl, that one thought, that one memory, it's attached to the feeling. So the feeling pulls up, right? Now you're in your mind. With the feeling there you can feel it and now you're gonna go through all the pearls and you're gonna talk to those pearls You're gonna fight with those pearls. You're gonna tell your mother the way it is You're gonna tell your dad, you know, you're you're going into the content of every single event and you can be there for days Right. So what the fixed code does is it disconnects the string? Okay So the magic question asks you what the string is what the name of the string is because you're thinking about something now I've asked you how you how it feels You tell me how it feels and then we do what we call the extraction, which is feels like a guided meditation. It's very, it's very beautiful. And we pull out the string so that when the string is gone, all the pearls, the stories go back into your timeline where they belong and they don't come up now for no reason. And it feels like the triggers are gone. That's not true. The triggers are still there. It's that they're not triggering the feeling anymore. So you totally forget you felt that way. Or, that person made you feel that way, or whatever the triggers are. It doesn't matter anymore because you, it's not the content that's the problem. And that's, that is a big issue with the mental health crisis. The modalities are focusing on the content. What he said, what she said, that night, whatever.Okay, that's the content. That's not the problem. The problem is how you feel about the problem, uh, feel about that event. That's the problem. Yeah. So the 6th code disconnects the feeling about that event so that you can move on and forget all about it. You get to have a brand new life. You get to move on. You get to, Experience brand new things and the FixCode does that too. It allows you to be that, to get emotionally light so that you can move in and jump into that new life that, the life you want. The one that you feel fabulous. Yeah. And the best part, ladies and gentlemen, is if you're listening to this and you're thinking that, well, I'm not going to take Stacy's word for it or Mr. Whiskey's word for it, you know, X, Y, Z. They actually offer, Stacy offers, a 15 minute free complimentary session to try this out for yourself. And you can experience that. And please do take us up on this. All of our Certified Life Coaches are right there. And their calendars are open and this is what they're here for. They're here to help as many people as they can. Um, and then, and, and you move through whether that's you come in once and you experience it or you decide I'm booking more sessions with, or I'm going to try other people or it is totally your journey and, and no matter what, we are here for you, uh, any, any time you just find somebody that works with your calendar and, and, and somebody that you resonate with and, um, and they'll help you. So ladies and gentlemen, we'll have the website in the description below. So you can check out that complimentary session. But also there are a slew of resources on the website to learn more about this And this website is both for people who want to experience it and eat it But also those who want to learn it and become someone who goes out and teaches it as well Correct me stacycan't teach it, but they can help somebody so they can either put it into their own businesses where they're using the technique to help other people.Um, but a lot of people just learn the technique for themselves and their family and their friends. Um, which is amazing too, but yeah, you can, you can. You can help as many people as you want with this because it's in your back pocket. It's you, the technique is you. So, um, you're everywhere. You don't, you don't need to be in a quiet place.I have done this work with people on buses, planes. Um, I did it with a taxi driver once who got a really bad phone call while he was driving in a taxi and he had to pull over and take this call and really, like, handle something. And I was kind of in the backseat and I just said to him, are you okay? And he's like, No.And I said, well, try something. And he goes, sure. He was so kind of distraught. He was willing to follow this crazy lady in the backseat. Guide meditation. And, uh, he did it. Uh, and again, it's, it's, it's your, when you're in a crisis or when you're in that moment of like, I'll do anything to feel better. Um, this is, this is truly incredible. And this taxi driver to this day still emails me, um, just saying, like, it's good. The kids are big now, you know. Um, it's an incredible tool to have if you're a mom or dad or a teacher, um, you know, anybody that's in a position that can help kids in the moment. This is amazing. Um, my, I have a 21 year old now. And, uh, he's been a FixCode kid since he was six years old, and all of his friends are FixCode kids, so, uh, you know, all the kids would jump in the back of my car, or truck, uh, SUV, after ballgames and stuff, because they all wanted to do magic. They loved we called it magic. Uh, and every kid was, and if they would even play it out on the field, like on the baseball field, they, you know, kid would drop the ball or something like that, and they're like, you, are you embarrassed? We'll do embarrassed when we get back in the car, that's, we'll get, we'll get Miss Jacey to do a, you know, magic on you, and he's like, the kid's like, oh yes please, because I'm dying out here, you know. We, I would do everything from athletes, like I've worked with, you know, athletes on, on everything from pitching, you know, not being able to, like, you know, striking out or whatever it is.There's something that's running them that's not allowing them to succeed. That's not allowing them to do exactly what they want to do. They're, they're in a state of some sort that's taking them over. I mean, if you're embarrassed. You're not going to be all in and gung ho and, and out there. You're going to start becoming more and more and more reserved.Your self esteem is going to go down. All sorts of things happen when you, when you get embarrassed. Um, so every single feeling and every single horrible feeling that you have can be, can be extracted through this technique. Like, there's, there's no limits to it. Um, I've tested it. Yeah. Yeah, well, I was going to say, you know, for you having gone from anxious to the point you were picking grocery shopping days and so quiet and distraught to being on a podcast, energetic, full of life, it definitely is proof. And so I just want to thank you. For what you do. It's not often that we see someone who is healed by something say, I'm gonna help you, you know, spread this around the world. I'm gonna, you know, pay this for it. So it's great to have you here on this earth, you know, doing that mission. And I'm glad to be able to support that. And I want to thank you for coming on the show and sharing all of this. Again, ladies and gentlemen. Check out the website in description below to learn more and to get your free complimentary session and to Connect with Stacy if you want to as you can see she's very friendly very bubbly and great to talk to so thanks That's great
